Shipping. 

Lola Varma ships Australia wide (2-10 business days)

We use Australia Post express satchels for all domestic deliveries. All parcels are covered by insurance and require signature on delivery. Domestic shipping is a flat price of $76 and is payable by the customer.  We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.  For queries or special requests please email. We will send you an email with your tracking number once we have shipped the garment.  

Lola Varma ships internationally allow (allow 5-21 business days)

Lola varma will use either door-to-door freight carrier with online tracking, or International Registered Post with online tracking, and can take up to 21 days depending on location. Signature is required on delivery. International shipping is a flat price of $116. Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries - if you are unsure if your country charges import duties and taxes you should contact your local customs office.  All duties and taxes are payable by the customer.  Please send us an e-mail if you have any concerns with this.  We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number once we have shipped the garment.

Customers are responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to the wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information.

Returns and exchanges.

Lola Varma garments are made especially for you, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. 

If you find you are not happy with your size, please e-mail workshop@lolavarma.com and we will do the best we can to offer a solution.  We ask you to order well in advance of (at least 5 weeks) of your wedding date to make time for issues and alterations. 

In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for replacement or repair. In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the item, with the item returned within 14 days (overseas buyers 21 days).
