HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Lola Varma is established as an online label.  We have put a great deal of thought into this collection and have created each piece with the capability of being altered to suit your needs.  We have confidently made each collection with an easy to fit approach, comprised of mix and match two-pieces and minimal gowns that reject unnecessary discomfort associated with traditional wedding gowns and conventional wedding shopping.  

To order online, we have a great system in place to make you feel as confident and comfortable as possible. Our team will assist you directly when placing your order.

To begin, please send us an email to stylist@lolavarma.com including your measurements as well as which styles you are interested in. Using your measurements we will recommend which Lola Varma size to order and begin building the perfect, unique outfit for you.

HOW DO I BOOK A FITTING?

Our permanent showroom in Perth is open by appointment only for one-hour appointments allowing the opportunity explore all of our collections. Our team look forward to meeting with you. Please contact us via stylist@lolavarma.com to schedule a booking and for further information.

We are available through retailers internationally, visit Stockists for the most up to date retailers in your city. Our retailers stock a limited range of samples and pieces, please contact us to ensure your dream pieces are available.

What SIZES DOES LOLA VARMA OFFER?

Lola Varma garments are made to order in Australian Sizes 6 - 16, including half sizes. Lola Varma sizing is unique to our label, please refer to our sizing before purchase.  

Inbetween sizes? If you are inbetween sizes please choose keeping in mind it is always easier to have the waist taken in as opposed to making it bigger. 

Unsure of your size? If you are still unsure of your dress size and feel your shape sits outside the standard then please contact us via stylist@lolavarma.com

DOES LOLA VARMA OFFER Alterations?

While we don’t offer alterations on any Lola Varma garment, please contact us via stylist@lolavarma.com for advice on selecting the most perfect fitting Lola Varma size and length for you. Keep in mind if you do require or desire any alterations on a Lola Varma garment, we would suggest allowing an extra 4 - 6 weeks.

We have recommended seamstresses across Australia that we will recommend upon receiving your order if required.

DOES LOLA VARMA OFFER CUSTOMISATIONS?

There is potential for two customisations to most Lola Varma garments. Depending on garment style and subject to availability, Lola Varma can offer -

  • a choice of two gown lengths, Standard or Tall

  • custom colour

Ordering Time?

Our production requires five months turnaround, and any orders placed in less time can be achieved as a rush order.

Lola Varma accessories are available from our Perth Showroom. Depending on availability, accessories are despatched within 2 - 3 days upon receiving your payment.

Please consider shipping times as well as any alterations you may need to include in this timeframe.

RUSH ORDERS?

If your wedding date is sooner than five months we can organise a rush order with a surcharge fee.

Payment & delivery time?

Once your order has been received, we’ll get in touch for important details including your wedding date, wedding location and delivery details. We work on a timeframe based on your wedding date, and ask you to order well in advance of your wedding day. If your wedding is sooner than five months, please contact us directly to begin a rush order.

To begin production of your order, we require full payment of your order total.

Design process?

Lola Varma garments are made to order. Our pieces are designed, cut and constructed in Perth, Australia by our experienced design and production team. We have complete control over the production of your garment and we see each piece undergo a meticulous process to ensure perfect quality.

Customs & Import duty fees?

Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries. Please contact your local customers office to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are the responsibility and liability of the customer and not Lola Varma. Care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however Lola Varma takes no responsibility for delays in postage outside of our control. We do not accept any delays caused by insufficient delivery information. Customers are responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to the wrong address, so please be mindful when entering the correct delivery information.

Returns and exchanges?
