Shipping.

Please provide daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Please keep in mind that your package must be signed for, and your parcel cannot be left unattended by request. A tracking number will be provided once your delivery has been dispatched.

For any special or urgent delivery requests, please contact stylist@lolavarma.com.

Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries. Please contact your local customers office to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are the responsibility and liability of the customer and not Lola Varma. Care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however Lola Varma takes no responsibility for delays in postage outside of our control. We do not accept any delays caused by insufficient delivery information. Customers are responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to the wrong address, so please be mindful when entering the correct delivery information.

Returns and exchanges.

It is important to us that you love your Lola Varma pieces. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us via stylist@lolavarma.com.

Lola Varma garments are made to order, therefore we don’t hold any stock. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

In the unlikely case of an issue with your order once it has been received, you must contact us directly via stylist@lolavarma.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you directly with any complications that may arise and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
