HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please book in for a fitting at on of our showrooms or stockists. You can also place an order online by booking in for a virtual fitting. If a virtual fitting is not needed or desired to place an order please email us with your measurements & any other further information.
To begin, please send us an email to stylist@lolavarma.com including your measurements as well as which styles you are interested in. Using your measurements we will recommend which Lola Varma size to order and begin building the perfect, unique outfit for you.
What SIZES DOES LOLA VARMA OFFER?
Unsure of your size? If you are still unsure of your dress size and feel your shape sits outside the standard then please contact us via stylist@lolavarma.com
We look forward to assisting you with finding your perfect fit. We have a wide range of sizes in our showrooms from size 8 -18.
Ordering Time?
Our production requires six months turnaround, and any orders placed in less time can be achieved as a rush order with a fee.
Contact us directly via stylist@lolavarma.com, we will find the best possible solution if your wedding is earlier than 6 months.
All alterations (if needed) are done in-house with our seamstresses.
RUSH ORDERS?
If your wedding date is sooner than six months we can organise a rush order with a surcharge fee. Please contact us asap.
Customs & Import duty fees?
Import duties and taxes will be charged in certain countries. Please contact your local customers office to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are the responsibility and liability of the customer and not Lola Varma. Care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however Lola Varma takes no responsibility for delays in postage outside of our control. We do not accept any delays caused by insufficient delivery information. Customers are responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to the wrong address, so please be mindful when entering the correct delivery information.

Returns and exchanges?
Lola Varma garments are made especially for you, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. For more, please see our Returns & Exchanges.
